Cancel Order - what if I change my mind and wish to cancel my order?
Change of mind - what if I change my mind and don't want the goods?
When you purchase online you have 7 days after receipt of goods to make a final decision whether or not to keep the product. If you choose to return the goods you are liable for the cost. The goods must be returned with original packaging and still be in marketable condition, i.e. not marked or damaged in any way.
Just bring the goods back (or post them) to us at Eason Cavan, 64/66 Main Street, Cavan with all paperwork enclosed (please be sure to include your name, address, order reference number and receipt), and we will credit your account.
Wrong Book Ordered - what if I've ordered the wrong book by mistake?
If you ordered the wrong book (through your mistake) the same condition will apply as a change of mind. See above.
Wrong Book Despatched - what if the book I received is not what I ordered?
The goods must be returned with original packaging and still be in marketable condition, i.e. not marked or damaged in any way. You may bring the goods back to us at Eason Cavan, 64/66 Main Street, Cavan. If you choose to post the goods we will refund the cost of postage.
Occasionally there are misprints in books such as pages missing, pages in the wrong order etc that only come to light when you reach that section. The same terms and conditions as for Wrong Book Despatched will apply.
Books or DVDs that we order in specially for you may be Firm Sale. This means we need a firm commitment from you before we order it because we won't be able to return it to the supplier. In this rare case, it would be a non-refundable order. However, we would notify you about this through e-mail before you commit to the order.
How quickly will I get my order?
We will dispatch your order as soon as it is in stock. When your order has been dispatched, expected delivery times are 3-5 working days.
